A CFRN delegation of seven members attended the 6^th World Fisheries Congress held in Edinburgh from May 7-11, 2012, with the help of funds from the NSERC Strategic Network Enhancement Initiative (SNEI).  The Congress addressed the relevant topic of sustainable fisheries in a changing world.  Three members of the delegation, Kevin Reid, Rachel Chudnow and Rachel Long, presented at the Congress.  The CFRN maintained a booth at the commercial exhibition and provided a pamphlet with information about the Network.  Attending the Congress was a positive experience and an inspiring opportunity to promote the Network and its projects, and it provided excellent exposure to international fisheries research.  Read more.
